Elderly Man Hospitalized After Crashing Car into Clearwater Business

Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue were called to a vehicle versus building incident at 2:49 this afternoon at 1915 N. Hercules Ave.

The 87-year-old driver of the car was taken to Mease Countryside Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

No one inside the Two Buks bar was injured. Fire department crews made sure the structural integrity of the building was safe after the crash.
