Vehicle into Building in Largo; Multiple Injuries

The Largo Police responded about 7:40AM to the scene of a crash that occurred at Fulton and East Bay Drive.
Investigation is on-going, but preliminary information indicates that a Ford Dually Pick Up truck was pulling a 5th Wheel RV east bound on East Bay Dr. Another vehicle, a Lincoln Town Car was turning left (south) from west bound East Bay Dr also at Fulton. The Town Car was struck by the Pick Up/5th Wheel combo. The Pick Up/5th Wheel then lost control and struck a building at 3201 East Bay Dr.
The pickup was occupied with 3 passengers who are not seeking medical treatment. The building was occupied by one person who is also not seeking medical treatment. The Town Car also had three occupants. One was taken to the hospital by helicopter, one was ground transported, and one is not currently seeking treatment.
Crews were assisted by Pinellas Park Fire, Clearwater Fire, Largo Police, Pinellas County 911, Sunstar, Bayflite, and the Pinellas County Technical Rescue Team. More than 40 response personnel assisted in this operation.
