Uber Driver Offers a Ride in Exchange for Oral Sex

On Thursday afternoon, a 42 year-old St. Petersburg man was arrested and facing charges of prostitution along with lewd and lascivious behavior.
According to arrest documentation, Jason Lynch picked up 41 year-old Elizabeth Santos who was soliciting near the intersection of 34th Street and 17th Avenue N. Undercover officers followed the couple to a parking lot adjacent to 52nd Avenue N and 26th Court.
The arresting officer reports that Mr. Lynch has his sexual organ exposed and was receiving oral sex while parked in full view of the public.  It was noted that there were pedestrians walking through the area and residences surrounding and facing the parking lot.
Mr. Lynch told the arresting officer that he was an Uber driver and they negotiated an exchange for a ride in his vehicle for oral sex. That same information was relayed to the officer by Ms. Santos.
Ms. Santos was arrested and facing charges of Felony Prostitution along with lewd and lascivious behavior. She is current being held in the Pinellas County Jail on $5500 bail. Mr. Lynch was released on $500 bail later the same day on October 28, 2015.
