Officers from Largo Police were dispached to a vehicle versus pedestrian crash.
It occurred about 8:15 PM Wednesday, March 1, 2017 on East Bay Drive west of Belcher Rd.

A female subject, who’s identity is being withheld pending next of kin notification, was crossing East Bay Dr. in a southbound direction on foot.
While crossing southbound, the female subject walked into the path of a 2002 Ford F150 which was traveling eastbound in the curb lane.

The female was subsequently struck, injured as a result, and transported to Bayfront Health St. Perersburg.  According to Largo Police, she is currently listed in critical condition.
