Crash Involving St. Petersburg Police Officer Blocking I-175 Ramp

A crash involving a St. Petersburg officer occurred on the westbound on-ramp from MLK St. S to I-175.

Two other vehicles were involved, a Ford Fusion, and a Ford F150 truck.

Police say that the driver of the Ford Fusion was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. No one else was injured.

This is causing major traffic back-ups and the ramp will remain closed for about 45 more minutes.
