Hydroplaning vehicle collides with Largo Fire Rescue vehicle and Sunstar Ambulance on I-275 in St. Petersburg

A 39-year-old West Palm Beach man was operating a Toyota Corolla, northbound on I-275, south of 54th Avenue North in the outside lane.

A City of Largo Fire Rescue vehicle, was traveling northbound on I-275 in the center lane.

A Sunstar ambulance, was stopped along the northbound outside shoulder of the interstate.

The Corolla hydroplaned into the center lane and collided with the fire rescue vehicle. The Corolla was then redirected to the shoulder and collided with the rear of the ambulance.

All three vehicles came to rest along the outside shoulder of the highway with no reported injuries.
