On Thursday, April 11, 2024, at approximately 8:34 p.m., Clearwater Fire & Rescue teams were dispatched to a reported fire at a residence located at 3013 Sarah Drive. Upon arrival, the first responders discovered the garage, a car, and a boat in the driveway fully ablaze.
Fortunately, all house occupants managed to evacuate safely without any injuries. However, the fire caused significant damage to the house.

The Red Cross is expected to arrive at the scene to assist the affected family.
The fire also caused minor heat damage to an adjacent property.
