A 27-year-old Seffner woman was arrested on Thursday afternoon, July 17, 2025, after deputies observed her operating a vehicle while her driver’s license was suspended and resisting arrest during a traffic-related investigation.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a report at approximately 12:32 p.m. of a woman driving a white Mercedes E350 on the Pinellas Trail near the KOA campground located at 5400 95th Street North.
Deputies located the vehicle a short time later in the Target parking lot at 4450 Park Street North. They identified the driver as Fatima Stallion and observed her behind the wheel of the vehicle.
A records check confirmed Stallion’s Florida driver’s license had been suspended since September 5, 2018, due to failure to pay a traffic citation.

After being detained and placed in the back of a patrol vehicle, Stallion admitted she was aware her license was suspended and that she did not possess a valid driver’s license.
During the arrest process, Stallion resisted by tensing her body and pulling away while deputies attempted to secure handcuffs, according to arrest documentation. She ignored multiple verbal commands before eventually being restrained.

Stallion was charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked and Resisting an Officer Without Violence.
