Deputies reported that gunfire struck a neighboring residence at 1557 Tuscola Road, occupied at the time by two residents. A bullet hole was found in a window and the fence separating the two properties, and a .45 caliber projectile was recovered inside the neighbor’s home. No injuries were reported in the neighbor’s house.

According to the arrest affidavit, witnesses told deputies that Tenney had been heard yelling, “I have a gun and I’m going to use it.” The affidavit states Tenney admitted to retrieving a firearm and going into her backyard, but denied firing it.
