Fatal Hit-and-Run Under Investigation in St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg, FL – On Friday, October 3, at approximately 11:30 p.m., a 61-year-old woman was walking west to east across Dartmoor Street North at Joyce Terrace North when she was struck by an unknown vehicle.

The driver fled the scene after the collision. The woman died from her injuries.

The St. Petersburg Police Department is investigating the incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact the department at 727-893-7780 or text “SPPD” and their tip to TIP411.
