Palm Harbor – On Monday, October 6, 2025, at approximately 7:05 a.m., a crash occurred at the intersection of Belcher Road and Colonial Boulevard involving a truck and a bicycle.
According to investigators, a Ford F250 driven by a 21-year-old Redington Beach man was traveling eastbound on Colonial Boulevard and had stopped at the intersection. A 15-year-old Palm Harbor male was riding a bicycle southbound along the east sidewalk of Belcher Road.

As the truck continued eastbound through the intersection, it collided with the bicyclist. The teen sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
Troopers from the Florida Highway Patrol continue to investigate.
