Clearwater: Teen Critically Injured in Bicycle Crash

Clearwater Police and Fire & Rescue responded to a crash involving a bicyclist in the 1200 block of Court Street, just to the east of Missouri Avenue.

The call for service was received at approximately 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2025.

Preliminary information indicates that a 16-year-old male bicyclist was struck and sustained potentially life-threatening injuries. He was transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg for further treatment.

All eastbound lanes of Court Street remain closed at Missouri Avenue as the investigation continues.
