Passed Out Man in Rolls-Royce Arrested in St. Petersburg on Multiple Drug and Weapons Charges

St. Petersburg – On October 14, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., St. Petersburg Police responded to a call regarding a man who appeared passed out in a vehicle at the Zura Apartments, 225 73rd Avenue North.

Officers located 23-year-old Eric Stallings asleep in a Rolls-Royce with the driver’s side door open. Officers observed various illegal drugs in plain view. During the investigation, additional items were found in the vehicle, including firearms, knives, controlled substances, and bags of mushrooms.

As officers attempted to arrest Stallings, he tried to flee and knocked down an officer, causing an injury.

Stallings was charged with:

• Resisting arrest with violence
• Possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell
• Trafficking in methamphetamine (armed)
• Trafficking in cocaine
• Trafficking in heroin
