Pinellas Park Police Department Arrest Subject Following Overnight Stabbing

PINELLAS PARK — On February 12, 2026, at approximately 11:30 p.m., the Pinellas Park Police Department responded to a reported stabbing at 7550 40th Street N.

According to investigators, two adult men became involved in a verbal altercation that escalated into a physical confrontation. During the incident, Joseph Lee Green, 51, of St. Petersburg, allegedly stabbed 31-year-old Jesse Robert Tucker, also of St. Petersburg.

Tucker sustained multiple stab wounds and was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. He remains in critical condition.

Green was detained at the scene. When officers took him into custody, they located a folding knife in his possession.

Joseph Lee Green has been charged with Attempted Second Degree Murder. The investigation remains ongoing.
