PINELLAS PARK — A safety alarm activation at Pinellas Park Elementary School prompted a law enforcement response on Monday.

According to the Pinellas Park Police Department, officers responded to the school after the alarm was triggered, resulting in a visible police presence on campus.

Upon arrival, officers determined the activation was accidental. Authorities confirmed there were no indications of any threat to students, staff, or the public at any time.

Police stated there is no ongoing threat related to the incident and emphasized that the situation was quickly assessed and resolved.
