Arrest made after allegation of a sexual battery upon a child according to Largo Police

Update; Milton Smiley, was located in Spring Hill, FL. He was placed under arrest.

Officer from the Largo Police Department (LPD) are seeking the whereabouts of 32 year-old Milton Anthoney Smiley.

On Saturday, April 3, 2021, the LPD secured an Arrest Warrant for Smiley in reference to a Lewd or Lascivious Battery allegation involving a victim less than 16 years of age.

At the present time, Milton Smiley’s whereabouts are unknown and LPD is seeking assistance in locating him.
