Officers from the Tampa Police Department continue to investigate following an altercation at the Walmart located at 1505 N Dale Mabry in Tampa.
Police were called to the location at approximately 1:39 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2024.
Tampa Police arrested one person following an altercation inside the Walmart located at 1505 N. Dale Mabry Highway.
The preliminary investigation determined there was an argument between a vendor and other individuals. The argument escalated when one person pulled out a knife and cut another.
One adult male was transported to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Jhustin ViloriaJimenez, age 18 is charged with Culpable Negligence Actual Injury.
Detectives are working to determine what led up to the altercation.
