AMBER Alert Issued for Missing 12-Year-Old Aleah Conrad

UPDATE: Aleah Conrad has been located safely, thanks to the joint efforts of the Pinellas Park Police Department and local law enforcement in Greensboro, North Carolina. She is currently with local authorities, and efforts are underway to reunite her with her mother.

Through the investigation, detectives established charges against Kassin Rodriguez for Interference with Child Custody and False Imprisonment. As a result of the developed charges, an arrest warrant was issued for Rodriguez.

When North Carolina authorities located Aleah, she was with Kassin, who was taken into custody for the arrest warrant.

Pinellas Park, FL – The Pinellas Park Police Department have issued an AMBER Alert for 12-year-old Aleah Conrad after she was reported missing by her mother, Casey Conrad, earlier today.

Authorities believe Aleah was taken out of Florida without permission by Kassin Rodriguez. Casey and Kassin were previously in a domestic relationship but are no longer together. The circumstances surrounding how Aleah came into Kassin’s care remain under investigation.

Due to the unknown time frame of Aleah’s disappearance, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Pinellas Park Police Department activated an AMBER Alert.

Aleah is described as a white female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen near the 7500 block of US Highway 19 North in Pinellas Park, Florida, wearing a red shirt, black shorts, and black-and-white high-top Nike sneakers. She may be carrying a black backpack.

Authorities believe she may be with Kassin Rodriguez, a white-Hispanic male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black American Eagle shirt, black pants, a gray hat with a blue logo and blue brim, and carrying a blue drawstring bag. He may also have a short-trimmed beard, a Japanese tribal tattoo on his left forearm, and a dragon tattoo on his left shoulder.

Investigators believe they may be in the Greensboro, North Carolina area.
