Armed Man Robs Fifth Third Bank In Pinellas Park Thursday Afternoon

Pinellas Park Police are currently investigating a bank robbery that occurred shortly after 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 30, 2015.
According to the Pinellas Park Police Department (PPPD), a white male subject entered the Fifth Third Bank located at 7770 66th Street N. armed with a handgun. The subject approached the counter and demanded money from the teller.
The suspect then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. It is believed by PPPD that this suspect is responsible for six other armed robberies (bank) that occurred in Pinellas and Hernando Counties.
There were no injuries reported during this incident.
The suspect is described as a white male, 40 – 50 years of age, 6’01”, heavy build, black/grey short hair, goatee, dark glasses, medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a black in color hat with unknown logo on the brim, khaki colored cargo shorts, black in color long sleeved shirt, and white tennis shoes.
