Bicyclist struck and killed in St. Petersburg crash

At approximately 6:11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, officers from the St. Petersburg Police Department responded to a crash at the intersection of 5th Avenue North and 49th Street North. 

The bicyclist, a man in his 60s, was transported to a local trauma center where he was died from his injuries.

The next of kin has not been notified. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
