Clearwater Police homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help to locate a man who is a person of interest in a case they are investigating.
A 57-year-old woman was found early Wednesday, March 3, 2021, in her apartment in the 1400 block of Sunset Point Road with life-threatening injuries. She was taken to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg, where she remains in critical condition.
It is unknown how she sustained her injuries.
Detectives want to speak with 57 year-old Tony Thomas, the victim’s boyfriend, about the case. They also are interested in locating the victim’s 2005 blue Ford Taurus, which has a Florida tag of Y215JP.
