Clearwater Man Arrested on 20 Counts of Possession of Child Pornography

CLEARWATER — Detectives with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Cyber Investigations Unit have arrested a Clearwater man on charges related to possession of child pornography.

According to investigators, the inquiry began after authorities received information that child sexual abuse material (CSAM) was being accessed through the internet. Using investigative methods, detectives identified the suspect as 50-year-old Christopher J. Daddio.

Detectives reported that the images depicted children ages 3 to 14.

On February 12, 2026, Daddio was arrested and charged with 20 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. He was transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
