Clearwater Police Investigate Deaths at Lexington Club Apartments

Clearwater Police detectives are investigating a death incident after two bodies were discovered inside an apartment this afternoon.

Officers responded to Lexington Club Apartments at 1200 S. Missouri Ave. shortly after 1:30 p.m. A worker had reported a foul odor emanating from one of the residences.

Upon entering the apartment, police and firefighters found the bodies of two adult males, identified as a father and son.

Detectives currently believe the incident is likely a murder-suicide. The names of the deceased are being withheld pending family notification. The investigation is ongoing.
