Deputies Providing Transportation to Residents Due to Continued High-water Flooding in Tarpon Woods

Due to continued high-water flooding after Hurricane Milton, deputies will be providing transportation in high-water vehicles to the affected area in the Tarpon Woods neighborhood near East Lake Road.

Anyone in the area who cannot leave or get to their homes due to flooding can contact the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office to request a ride.

The drop-off/pick-up location is the old Bank of American building (East Lake Road & Tarpon Woods Boulevard) at 2551 Tarpon Woods  Boulevard in Palm Harbor.

This location will also serve as the meeting point for residents wishing to be brought back to their homes in the affected area.

This service will run from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. daily until the floodwater subsides. To request a ride, please contact 727-582-6200.
