An armed robbery occurred at the Dollar General located at 2138 East Bay Drive at approximately 8:35 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2019.
A black male, approximately 25-30 years of age, entered the store in possession of a black semi automatic pistol. The subject was wearing a gray sweatshirt with two horizontal black stripes and dark blue or black shoes with a red tongue and black stripe over the tongue, with white lettering.
The male demanded money from the clerk at gunpoint and walked out of the store with an undisclosed amount of money.
The male then departed the scene in a dark sedan. This subject should be considered armed and dangerous.

The Largo Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying the subject in the photograph as part of the investigation.
It is unknown if the robbery is connected to subsequent robbery at a Clearwater Dollar General.
