Approximately twenty minutes later, Hernandez reported hearing hostile male voices outside his window. He exited the apartment and observed an individual approaching with what appeared to be a handgun from about 15 feet away. She stated he then grabbed his gun, pressed the barrel against her left temple, and made threats that led her to fear for her life.
