Investigators remain on-scene of a single vehicle crash the occurred at approximately 10:27 a.m. on Monday, June 3, 2024.
The crash occurred on 69th Street just north of Bryan Dairy Frontage Road.

Based on the preliminary information, it was determined that the box truck was traveling
westbound on Bryan Dairy Frontage Rd.
The truck was negotiating a northbound turn onto 69th St N when it left the roadway, and the front struck a tree.

Fire rescue crews began work to assess the driver’s condition and extricate the sole occupant.
The driver died at the scene.
Investigators believe that speed was a factor in this crash.
