Largo, FL – First responders were called to a vehicle crash at 2:06 p.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025, at Unincorporated Largo.
Upon arrival, emergency crews found a Toyota Camry that had crashed into the front wall of the home, coming to a stop approximately halfway inside the structure. The vehicle was driven by an elderly woman who was transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg. Her injuries were reported as non-life-threatening.

The residents of the home were able to exit safely. The homeowner transported an injured pet dog during the incident and took him to an emergency veterinary clinic. Fire rescue personnel bandaged up the pet at the scene.

Based on the tire tracks, the vehicle appeared to travel from the parking lot of the church across the street into the home.
A building inspector from Pinellas County was dispatched to assess the structural damage to the home. The Florida Highway Patrol is currently investigating the cause of the crash.
