Troopers from the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) are looking for 28 year-old Reynond (Reynold) Sefton of Tarpon Springs.
Sefton was reportedly the driver of a 1999 Toyota SUV that was traveling southbound on US-19, south of Meadow Brook Drive on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at approximately 3:53 p.m.
He attempted to stop as he approached slowing traffic but lost control of the SUV which overturned.

His passenger, 44 year-old Annie Bell of Tarpon Springs, experienced minor injuries and was treated at Bayonet Point Regional Medical Center.
