Clearwater police are currently investigating a shooting at a residence at 124 N Jefferson Ave, Unit 1.
The incident occurred shortly before 7 AM on Saturday, January 28, 2017.
According to police, two adult males who live at the same address were involved in a physical fight which escalated.
The 29 year-old man then shot his roommate who is reported to be 34 years-old.
The victim was transported to Bayfront Hospital with life threatening injuries.
