Firefighters were dispatched to reports of a structure fire at the Lakeview at Palm Harbor Apartment complex at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, November 20, 2021.
The dispatched address is listed as 3994 Stone Hollow Court in Palm Harbor.
Upon arrival, firefighters requested additional support which upgraded the incident to a 2-alarm fire. Crews immediately worked to ensure all occupants evacuated the building safely. One victim was located and died at the scene.
The fire was brought under control after a few moments and authorities began their investigation.
The fire remains under investigation by Palm Harbor Fire Rescue, Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office and the Office of the Florida State Fire Marshal.
At this time, no official information regarding the fire was released by any local agency.
