Investigators from the Largo Police Department continue to analyze a serious injury crash. The crash occurred at approximately 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 2026.
Preliminary information indicates a multi-vehicle crash occurred involving a Mazda SUV, a Chevrolet Tahoe, and an Infiniti on Seminole Boulevard.
According to investigators, the Mazda SUV was turning southbound onto Seminole Boulevard from 16th Avenue SE when it was struck by a northbound Chevrolet Tahoe. After the initial collision, the Tahoe was then hit from behind by an Infiniti.
A total of five individuals were involved in the crash. All five were transported to five different area hospitals with injuries. The extent of those injuries has not been released.
Authorities report that impairment does not appear to be a factor at this time.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. No additional details are available for release.
