Indian Rocks Beach Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography

Indian Rocks Beach – Detectives with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children Unit have arrested 57-year-old Gary J. Ross of the 2600 block of Bay Boulevard in Indian Rocks Beach for possession of child pornography.

Detectives launched the investigation after receiving information that child pornography was being accessed and shared online. Through investigative techniques, Ross was identified as the suspect.

According to detectives, the images involved children between the ages of two and fourteen.

On November 5, 2025, Ross was arrested and charged with 21 counts of possession of child pornography. He was transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
