Largo — Largo Police have arrested two individuals following an investigation into dogs abandoned at Taylor Park in December.

According to the Largo Police Department, officers were notified on December 19, 2025, that 11 dogs — nine puppies and two adult female dogs — had been abandoned at Taylor Park. The dogs were transported to a local animal hospital for evaluation, where veterinarians determined the animals were sick with parvovirus.
