Largo Police Make Three Arrests After Conducting Surveillance of Residence
In mid-March, the Largo Police began receiving complaints of suspected narcotics sales occurring at a residence located at 2261 El de Oro Drive. The Largo Police Problem Oriented Policing (POP) Unit began conducting surveillance near the residence which resulted in several traffic stops, two with narcotics and weapons charges being made on the occupants. Â Additional investigative techniques also supported that narcotics were being sold from the suspect residence.
Given the totality of the circumstances revealed by the investigation, the POP team was able to secure a search warrant for the residence. This warrant was served during the early morning hours of May 5th,2014. During the subsequent search of the residence, several grams of marijuana, amphetamines, powder cocaine and ammunition were located in various areas of the home.

Harold Farmbry, B/M, 4/9/86 – Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, Possession of Amphetamines, Possession of Ammunition by a convicted felon, and Operating an open drug house
Matthew Ulrich, W/M, 3/22/94 – Possession of cocaine, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Operating an open drug house
Jennifer Farmbry, B/F, 11/25/87 – Possession of marijuana (2 counts).
The Largo Police Special Operations Unit also provided support during this investigation, and the Largo Police Tactical Apprehension and Control (TAC) Team assisted in the service of the search warrant.
