Clearwater Police are on scene of a crash that involved a police vehicle at the intersection of Court Street and Missouri Avenue.
The police officer was northbound on Missouri Avenue and the pickup was westbound on Court Street.

A officer was responding in emergency mode to a car fire in the 1100 block of Gould Street when the crash occurred at 5:30 p.m on Sunday, October 4, 2020.
The police officer was taken to Morton Plant Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. He was discharged from the hospital a few hours later.

The two people inside the pickup were evaluated by paramedics and remained at the scene.
The intersection was shutdown until 9:45 p.m. during the investigation.
