Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue respond to a crash with serious injuries in the 1700 block of Belcher Road.
The incident, reported at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, February 9, 2024 led to the closure of both northbound lanes for investigation.
A motorcyclist and the car driver involved were transported to local hospitals, with the motorcyclist’s injuries deemed life-threatening.
The motorcyclist, a 20-year-old man from Clearwater, died at Mease Dunedin Hospital after the crash. The investigation continues.
