The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcyclist. The crash occurred at approximately 11:10 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 on US-19 at Darlington Road in Holiday, FL
Troopers say that 33 year-old Earline Terry of Dade City was traveling eastbound on Darlington Road attempting to turn left onto northbound US-19 in a 2007 Saturn Vue.
She turned into the path of 76 year-old Henry Strachel of Holiday, Florida.
Strachel was operating a 2007 Harley Davidson XL motorcycle and traveling westbound on Darlington Road, crossing US-19.
Strachel, who was not wearing a helmet, was transported to Advent Health where he died from his injuries.
Terry remained on-scene and treated for minor injuries.
Troopers do not believe alcohol was involved and charges are listed as pending.
