Palm Harbor — A motorcyclist was killed Monday evening following a two-vehicle crash on US-19.
According to investigators, the crash occurred on January 5, 2026, at approximately 6:40 p.m., on US-19, south of Alderman Road.
A GMC Sierra, driven by a 16-year-old male from Clearwater, was traveling northbound on US-19. A Honda motorcycle, operated by a 52-year-old man from Holiday, was traveling southbound on US-19.
Investigators said the GMC Sierra turned left into the path of the motorcycle and was struck. The motorcyclist was transported to an area hospital, where he later died from injuries sustained in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
