A motorcyclist is severely injured in a collision with a motor vehicle
The collision occurred today about 1:45pm within the City Of Largo. Emergency units were dispatched and Eastbound traffic on Eastbay Drive was affected at 20th Street.
The driver of the motorcycle was transported to a local Trauma Center via Bayflight. The driver was a middle aged male with a likely significant neck injury. No helmet was observed to have been warn.
Largo Fire Department, Largo Police Department, Bayflite, Sunstar and were involved in the incident.
The Largo Police Department incident command bus is currently on-scene and will be conducting a thorough investigation into the crash.
