Multiple Injuries Following Crash at Belcher Road and Park Blvd

Pinellas Park Police continue to investigate a multiple vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 11:15 a.m. on Monday, August 26, 2019.

The crash occurred in the southbound lanes of Belcher Road at Park Blvd.

One driver was extricated from the vehicle and transported to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg as a trauma alert.

A Pinellas County worker was reportedly working in a bucket truck at the time of the collision. The worker was protected by use of a safety harness and lowered themselves onto a vehicle below to safety. That worker was transported to the hospital with what appears to be minor injuries.

As of 12:30 p.m., all lanes have been reopened.
