Tampa Man Arrested for Taking Photos up Woman’s Skirt at Oldsmar Starbucks

Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office deputies assigned to the Patrol Operation Bureau have arrested a Tampa man after he took several pictures of the 21-year-old victim, looking up her skirt without her consent.

According to deputies, they responded to the Starbucks located at 3180 Tampa
Road after a store employee reported to deputies a report of a man taking
photographs of a female under the table at about 1:30 p.m. on August 14, 2017.

Deputies identified 48-year-old Justin Buck who was at the store when deputies arrived. He agreed to speak with deputies.

Deputies say Buck admitted he took several pictures of the 21-year-old victim, looking up her skirt and without her consent. Buck admitted the victim was visually attractive and noticed she was wearing a skirt.

He told deputies he sat across from her at a table and took three photographs under the table. The photos were taken directly across from the victim, looking up her skirt and showing her panties. Buck advised he looked at the first three photos and realized they were too dark. He then turned on the flash and took two more photos.

Deputies say a store employee noticed what the suspect was doing and called police.

Buck gave deputies permission to search his iphone 6S and his iPad. He is suspected of additional similar incidents at other Starbucks locations.

Buck was arrested at about 5:40 p.m. on August 14, 2017 without incident and transported to the Pinellas County Jail.

Buck was charged with one count of Video Voyeurism.

The Sheriff’s Office says that more charges are pending and the investigation continues.
