Pedestrian Killed in Crash on US-19 in Palm Harbor

PALM HARBOR – A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle Friday night, September 5, 2025.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 9:27 p.m. at the intersection of US-19 and Dolly Bay Drive.

Troopers say a 28-year-old Port Richey man was driving a BMW 530i northbound on US-19 when a 57-year-old Holiday man attempted to cross westbound across the roadway. The pedestrian entered the vehicle’s path and was struck.

The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
