Pedestrian killed in hit-and-run crash in St. Petersburg

At approximately 9:22 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, 62-year-old Kathy Repke was in a marked crosswalk, traveling east to west in the 6900 block of 4th Street North, according to St. Petersburg Police Department.

Ripke was struck by a vehicle while crossing the roadway. The driver who struck her left without rendering aid or contacting police. 

Ripke was transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, where she died.

St. Petersburg Police investigators were attempting to locate Rosalyn Fuller, age 58, who investigators believe has information that could help with this investigation. 

Late on Wednesday night, Rosalyn Fuller has come forward to speak with police. 

Police are still actively investigating to determine who was driving the car 
that hit Kathy Repke.
