Pedestrian Struck and Critically Injured Walking Across Ulmerton Rd
Update 4PM: 62 year-old pedestrian killed this AM identified as Virginia Stoner French of Pinellas Park.

At approximately 6:46AM on Thursday, January 22, 2015, a vehicle traveling westbound struck and critically injured a 63 year-old woman on Ulmerton Road.
Roger Sigman of New Port Richey was the driver of a vehicle for hire traveling with one passenger, Christal Grear of Largo. He was traveling westbound on Ulmerton Road west of US-19 in the outside line.
The 62 year-old unidentified female pedestrian from Pinellas Park, not in a crosswalk, was walking across Ulmerton Road from south to north and entered into the path of the 2008 Ford vehicle operated by the Signature Car Service.
The Ford collided with the pedestrian who was treated at the scene and transported to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg where she is listed in critical condition.
