The Homeless Leadership Alliance of Pinellas announced the activation of Cold Night Shelters for Saturday, January 31, 2026, and Sunday, February 1, 2026. Shelters will operate overnight from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. at multiple locations across Pinellas County.

Transportation
PSTA will provide free rides to shelters from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. during activation. Riders must inform drivers they are traveling to a Pinellas Cold Night Shelter. If denied a fare-free ride, riders may ask the driver to contact PSTA dispatch.
