According to investigators, on December 15, 2025, an officer received an anonymous tip regarding an inappropriate relationship between Caskey and a female student, identified in court documents as the victim. During the investigation, detectives determined that Caskey developed a personal relationship with the student, including purchasing food and clothing for her between August 2024 and mid-August 2025.

Investigators stated the victim reported several inappropriate incidents on school grounds. She reported that Caskey kissed her while she was seated on his lap inside his classroom. In a separate incident, the victim reported that while she was applying makeup to Caskey in the classroom, he rubbed the outside of her thighs over her clothing.

The victim further reported that the relationship progressed to Caskey sending images of his genitals to her between late May 2025 and August 2025. Detectives also learned from multiple students that while communicating through Snapchat, Caskey referred to the victim as “mommy” or “princess,” while the victim referred to him as “daddy.”

According to investigators, the relationship continued during the summer of 2025, with both parties exchanging inappropriate messages involving sexual conversations. The victim told investigators she trusted Caskey and viewed his classroom as a safe place.

Caskey has been charged with lewd or lascivious conduct under Florida Statute 800.04(6).

Anyone with information regarding inappropriate contact or behavior involving the suspect is asked to contact the Pinellas Park Police Department.
