PINELLAS PARK — Pinellas Park Police arrested a Bushnell man on March 3, 2026, after detectives said he traveled to meet a 15-year-old minor following online communications.
According to police, detectives received information that James Henry Moses, 51, of Bushnell, had been engaged in inappropriate communication with a minor over the internet. During the investigation, detectives determined Moses arranged to travel to meet the minor in the area of 7190 U.S. Highway 19 North in Pinellas Park.
On March 3, detectives located Moses at that address, where investigators believe he intended to meet the minor.
“Our top priority is the safety of our children and our community,” said Pinellas Park Police Chief Adam Geissenberger. “We remain committed to proactively identifying and apprehending individuals who seek to harm our youth, and we encourage parents to stay vigilant when it comes to their children’s online activity.”
Moses was taken into custody and transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
He faces the following charges:
-Traveling to Meet a Minor
-Seduction of a Child using the Internet
-Unlawful Use of a Two- Way Communication Device
-7 counts Transmission of Harmful Material to a Minor
-Possession of Marijuana
– Certain Computer Transmissions Prohibited
Police said the investigation remains active.
