At approximately 10:24 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at around 10:24 p.m., a collision occurred between a silver Chevrolet and a pedestrian in the 9400 block of 49th St N.
The male driver of the Chevrolet was heading northbound on 49th Street N at the time of the incident. The pedestrian, identified as Donna Yarish, was observed crossing 49th Street N from the west to the east outside of the designated crosswalk. Yarish was struck by the front of Cramer’s vehicle while in the center lane.
According to investigators, the driver remained at the scene and is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation. Currently, no criminal charges have been filed in connection with this incident.
After the collision, Yarish was immediately transported to a local hospital, where she died from her injuries.
