Pinellas Park Police Investigating a Fatality Crash Involving a Pedestrian on Park Blvd
A pedestrian was killed in a crash in the 4300 block of Park Boulevard in Pinellas Park, Florida.
The crash occurred on Monday, October 15, 2018 at approximately 9:14 p.m.
All that is known at this time is the pedestrian was struck in the eastbound lanes of Park Blvd in the 4300 block by a single vehicle. The adult male pedestrian was pronounced deceased on scene.
Traffic Homicide Investigators are being called out to investigate the crash and at this time the crash does not appear to be criminal in nature. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and is cooperating with investigators. This scene will remain active for several hours as investigators work to determine how the crash occurred.
Currently all eastbound lanes of Park Blvd are closed between 40th and 43rd Street.
